She Just Needed a Little Time
So, remember a few weeks ago when I posted about Hailey’s visit with Santa? Here is your reminder:
”I don’t sit on Santa’s lap. I just want to stand by him.”
In the last few weeks Hailey’s opinion has changed. We have gone several times to see Santa and this last time we went she was not shy at all.
Hailey went right to him, with a nice big hug.
They talked for a while. And since no one was around, they even sang ”We Wish You a Merry Christmas” and “Jingle Bells” together.
And of course, they posed for a picture. (It’s too bad that Santa didn’t look a little happier, but oh well.)

That is an adorable picture of Hailey with Santa. We took Grace to see him a couple weeks ago and she just wasn’t sure about him at all!!! She just stared at us as if she was thinking why on earth she was on this strange man’s knee!!! It didn’t help that he was the WORST Santa I’ve ever seen…he didn’t even say HOHOHO or Merry Christmas!!! Anyways, I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!!
