Now, why is it that all kids LOVE the idea of Santa (him bringing presents and all), but that most of them seem freaked out by him in person?

too too cute.. Princess and Sweet Pea were both like that they would do the picture but wouldn’t sit on his lap, just would stand by him.

That’s too funny! None of my kids would sit on Santa’s lap, but they also would NOT stand next to him either. That’s was alright with me, so I didn’t have to spend all morning standing in a LONG line for Santa.
