When the melons and peaches are no longer in season, we switch to canned fruit. I love peaches and apricots. We buy them both. I also buy mandarin oranges. Problem is I’ll eat the whole can LOL.

I would choose pineapple. The bowls would come in handy for my daughter who works all the time and is going back to college again. She loves taking my home cooked meals to work and school with her, and Laila my grandbaby who just entered pre-k would like to put it in her lunch box for school. I watch the babies for my daughter.

My teenage daughter loves the new diced apples fruit cups and has always liked the pears. They are nice because you don’t have to worry about the fruit going bad, you can have them in your cupboard for a long time, unlike fresh fruit.

I like to purchase the peaches when they are not in season and add them to my four kids lunches.
I’ll make a creative sandwich of some sort using a croissant, pita or wrap, add a little fruit or fruit bowl, an ice cold bottled water and a chip item of some sort. A little hand written note on some days and you’ve got a winning combinations.
Plus, I love getting them back from my kids. They write little notes to me and put them in my purse.

I really love apples….especially in the fall. I love to dip them in peanut butter or caramel, so I’d love to try the Dole apples and caramel. Sounds delicious.

We have 8 children and we were smack dab in the middle of Hurricane Ike. My kids make their lunches everyday for school as we make too much money for reduced lunches. That would be a wonderful surprise in thier lunches! they like all fruits. oranges, pineapple, peaches, ect. thx

I love the Dole fruit bowls…anything with peaches wins with me.
