I was reading an article today about how much a stay at home mom should get paid.  If we were to get paid based on a 94.4 hour work week (which was the typical hours worked each week according to the 18,000 moms who were surveyed) we should make $116,805.  And to tell you the truth I actually think that number sounds a little low.  What about the fact that we are on-call 24 hours a day too?

And not to leave out working moms- working moms do “mom work” an average of 54.6 hours per week (in addition to their out of the home jobs) and should bring in a salary of $68,405.

I don’t know about you, but I’m waiting for my checks to start coming!
