Fitness on Friday

What a joke!  I am still completely lacking any motivation to do anything about losing weight.  I thought that when spring arrived I’d be feeling like walking every day and eating more healthy.  But, nope- I was wrong.  If anything I’m actually doing worse.  I don’t know what my problem is but I’m feeling down and so blah lately and I just can’t get motivated to do anything.

    I hear ya….you know what works for me? I literally have to force myself to walk. And usually, I feel much better afterwards. It\’s hard though…the weather hasn\’t cooperated here this week, so my walking went down the drain as well. I hope you have a better week next week. :)

    Here’s to a better week this week. I can totally relate with the BLAH feeling and not wanting to do it, but then I’ve forced myself and love the feeling of results much more than the delicious food around me :)
