Fitness on Friday

Things are not any better this Friday than they were last Friday.  I didn’t even weight myself because I am currently hiding from my bathroom scale.  I don’t know what my problem is.  The weather is nice so I should be getting outside to walk.  But, I just want to sit around doing nothing but lots of snacking.  I have to get myself motivated to start exercising and stop eating so much junk.

    I could use some motivation too! I think not seeing the weight drop like I would like it too causes me to slack on my workouts and just lose interest.

    Good luck! Hopefully things will turn around for you!

    It’s hard to stay motivated when we put so much pressure on ourselves to lose weight. It’s really ok to feel the way you do! Maybe take a step back and refocus what you want to accomplish. Working out for hours everyday is incredibly daunting, so try to start small. I don’t know what you’ve done in the past, but I’m sorry you’re feel so cruddy now. Big hugs! I hope you find the right place to start again. :)
