Weigh-in

So, I weighed myself this morning.  And my results?  After a week without all of my usual snacking?  I lost a big old ZERO.  I am so frustrated.  I guess it’s time to start exercising.

    I know how u feel, I put on 4 pounds! I joined a gym yesterday (yuk) and am meeting with the trainer man today to see what exercise I can do with 2 mashed up knees and a dodgy back… hopefully this week will be better for both of us XXXXXXXXXX
