		<description>You go girl!  Good for you.  I think you should remind yourself that the baby steps are good.  You are making lifestyle changes so you need to do it in steps.  If you go all out, hard core, crazy exercise girl....it will be too hard to keep it up long term. This way you are more likely to stick with it and change some habits.  Good job!</description>
