Fitness on Friday
It’s time for round 2 of Fitness on Friday, being hosted by Natalie over at Bye Bye Fat Mom.
I had a surprising weight loss this week. I was shocked when I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that I had lost three pounds since last Friday. Shocked. When I saw the number I got off of the scale, looked it over to make sure I hadn’t broken it, stepped on it again and still saw the same number.
This week has not been good~ I didn’t drink very much water and I didn’t exercise very often. My stress level has been at an all time high this week so the only thing I can think of is that I have been so stressed that I have forgotten to eat. So, I guess that’s the good thing.
Anyhoo, my goals for this week are:
- Drink at least 4 glasses of water each day.
- Exercise everyday with 2 days off.
~5 pounds to go to reach my first mini goal by April 11th (and get my reward of getting my hair done)
~24 pounds to go to reach my final goal

Keep up the good work! I’m doing an exercise for each comment I get and I think they’re trying to kill me.
